Teague McGuire '23 majored in Film & Media Studies and Nordic Studies. After graduation he moved to Denmark to work in higher education. He was the man behind the research and content of the show, and was entirely to blame when an episode went off the rails. Teague randomly decided to pursue an independent study on St. Olaf history, despite not doing any work for it, until Stacie Elliott became involved....
Stacie Elliott '23 in majored in Gender and Sexuality Studies major with a concentrations in Data Science and Statistics. She now works in housing for the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. When working on The Bathtub, her job each week was to show up and look pretty, which is no easy task when you work in radio! The Bathtub is her brainchild, born of hanging out with Teague while he was trying to avoid his independent study. After Teague read a few ridiculous passages from different history books Stacie came up with the idea for a radio show, and the perfect name was found after perusing a the table of contents of a few St. Olaf history books. And after that, the rest is history!
